Meir Dan-Cohen

Meir Dan-Cohen holds the Milo Reese Robbins Chair in Legal Ethics at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the author of Normative Subjects: Self and Collectivity in Morality and Law (2016); Rights, Persons, and Organizations: A Legal Theory for Bureaucratic Society (1986; 2nd Edition 2016); and Harmful Thoughts: Essays on Law, Self, and Morality (2002).
