Mario Biagioli is a professor in UCLA’s School of Law and its Department of Communication. He is the author most recently of two books, From Russia with Code: Programming Migrations in Post-Soviet Times (Duke University Press, 2019) and Gaming the Metrics: Misconduct and Manipulation in Academic Research (MIT Press, 2020).
