Kinitra D. Brooks

Kinitra D. Brooks is an Assistant Professor of African-American and Afro-Caribbean literature at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her upcoming monograph, Searching for Sycorax: Black Women Haunting Contemporary Horror, examines black women horror writers. She is also the co-editor of New Suns: Race, Gender, and Sexuality in the Speculative, a new scholarly book series from Ohio State University Press.
