Emily Green is a reporter based in Los Angeles. A former staff writer for the U.K. Independent, she has written for the Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Sunday Times, New York Times, and is currently a regular contributor to the Los Angeles Times. Her pieces for us was include one on water rights and plagiarism, "Cut and Paste and Run," and one on Edward St, Aubyn's At Last. Her Las Vegas Sun series described in the former article won a 2009 Associated Press Managing Editors Feature Writing Award.
