Anna Clark
Anna Clark is an independent journalist in Detroit. She writes reported news features, longform nonfiction, and book reviews, with a particular interest in international literature. Her stories have appeared in The Columbia Journalism Review, Salon, The Daily Beast, Grantland, The Christian Science Monitor, The Boston Review, and other publications. Anna's writing is a "notable" pick in Best American Sports Writing 2012. She edits the literary blog Isak and is a writer-in-residence with the InsideOut Literary Arts Project. She also facilitates a theater workshop at a prison in Macomb County, Michigan. In 2011, she was a Fulbright Fellow in Kenya. Anna graduated from the University of Michigan and from Warren Wilson College's MFA Program for Writers.
