Thomas S. Hines

Thomas S. Hines is the author of Burnham of Chicago: Architect and Planner, Richard Neutra and the Search for Modern Architecture, William Faulkner and the Tangible Past: The Architecture of Yoknapatawpha and Irving Gill and the Architecture of Reform. He is a professor emeritus of history and architecture at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he taught cultural, urban and architectural history for many years.
