Linda Gordon

Linda Gordon, professor of history at New York University, is the author of Dorothea Lange: A Life Beyond Limits, which won the Bancroft prize for best book in American history, the Los Angeles Times prize for best biography, and the National Arts Club prize for arts writing. Her most recent books are The Second Coming of the KKK: The Ku Klux Klan of the 1920s and the American Political Tradition and Inge Morath: Magnum Legacy.
