Jeff Zentner is an American author of fiction for young adults. His 2016 debut, The Serpent King, was a New York Times Notable Book. He is also the author of Goodbye Days (2017) and Rayne & Delilah’s Midnite Matinee (2019). Before becoming a writer, he was a musician who recorded with Iggy Pop, Nick Cave, and Debbie Harry. He lives in Nashville.
